TTE Europe GmbH is now a subsidiary of TSS Europe B.V

TTE Europe GmbH has been a 100% subsidiary of TSS Europe B.V. of Nieuwegein since August 1, 2022. In addition, the company now belongs to the Constellation Software Inc. (CSI) Group, a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange in the S&P TSX60.

Frank Ille and Michael Stiller, TTE Europe GmbH: "We were looking for a new investor to continue our international growth. There will be no changes for the existing business partners of TTE Europe GmbH: Management, employees, location, all contracts and all deliveries and services will remain the same. The location in Dresden will be continuously expanded in the future under the existing company name under the umbrella of CSI.

This creates new perspectives and additional potential for both the business partners of TTE Europe GmbH and the company itself, which must now be exploited in the best possible way.
